Habanero chillies are known for being one of the hottest chillies around. They have a very interesting tropical-fruity aroma that clearly distinguishes them from all other chillies. They are not particularly thick-fleshed, but still juicy when fresh.

Storage & Use:
Fresh chilli peppers are best stored in the refrigerator. It is best to keep the pods open and not in a closed container, otherwise condensation and mold can form. The fresh chillies can be kept in the refrigerator for several weeks. A habanero pod – finely chopped and well distributed – gives dishes not only spiciness, but also a tropical flair.

Benefits:
Ingredients such as vitamins B, C and P as well as beta-carotenes stabilize the blood vessels and guide them to a better blood circulation, also of the mucous membranes, whereby the sense of taste is sensitized.
